We are a Mother and Daughter Black Owned Business based in Baltimore Maryland. My daughter and I decided to start our own business doing something we both love. While building our business my daughter and I enjoyed spending more time together helping each other grow, not just physical but mental and spiritually. All though we started our business in August 2020, it was not due to the Global Pandemic. I honestly was tired of purchasing hair from businesses that did not appreciate their customers. As my daughter began to get older and grow more and more interested in Hair Extensions. We decided to start our own business selling Quality Hair Extensions with fast shipping and professional customer service. The year before opening our business we went thru a ton of vendors. Testing their quality, affordability, learning the entire process. Which was not easy at all. We stayed up a lot of nights to communicate with several hair vendors. Two years later here we are. Here at Plucked Out we know you deserve the highest quality in Hair, but we also will provide the highest quality in Customer Service. Although all sales are final no refunds are permitted. If you feel as though the product that you have received is defective in any way and has not been altered such as cut, dyed, bleached and is in its original state. We still want to hear from you. As soon as you receive your product you must report it within 48 hours upon receiving the product.

Although No Refunds are permitted we will address every Question, Comment or Concern.
